From Managing Growth to Customer Relationship Management....
In this blog post, we look at some of the issues and queries that your Sage 50 clients may be encountering. We also provide an objective view on where Sage 200 may provide a better/more advanced solution for certain situations. We hope that you will have a better insight into the capabilities of Sage 50 (and Sage 200) and Sage's ability to address these issues/concerns.
Managing growth is not always easy to do. As your clients businesses grow, so too can the demands on the internal software systems resulting in more users, greater volumes of transactions etc. Now with Sage 50 Version 2015, previous concerns with user numbers and transaction volumes have been addressed. In the past, users would have been recommended an upgrade to Sage 200 as soon as transaction volumes started to reach a certain level. Now, this is not necessarily the case (although Sage 50 users may consider this route for other reasons).
Below is a sample of the types of queries that our clients come to us with. Quite a number of such queries can be resolved with existing functionality - just by using elements of the software that may not have been switched on.
mobility - what is the easiest way for me to gain access to my information while I am out and about?
hardware - what do I do with my old server, should I buy a new one or consider hosted/online options?
projects - how can I keep a closer control over projects?
sales & marketing - how can I replace my spreadsheets and use a proper system to manage my sales & marketing activities and at the same time integrate with my accounting software?
